Like most Australian language services, we charge by the number of words in the original document. Our translation rate will depend on 4 factors:

1. complexity - there are two levels of complexity: non-complex standard texts including personal documents containing non-specialised terminology and complex technical and scientific texts containing specialised terminology: the former will attract a lower translation rate;
2. urgency - for very urgent translations there is small surcharge;
3. volume - high volume documents will attract a lower translation rate;
4. ongoing - ongoing projects are always discounted.

Translation (Minimum charge per document: $90.00 - Rates exclude GST)

 

Official documents (NAATI accreditation required)

Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Death Certificate, Divorce Certificate, Driver's Licence, Family Booklet, Identity Card, Passport, Police Clearance, Degree Certificate, School Certificate etc.: $90.00 minimum charge, or $40/100 words

Non-official documents

Translation rates for non-standard documents are based on the number of words in the source text: $25 to $45/100 source words (depending on language, volume, complexity, urgency etc.) - Discounts are provided for large or ongoing assignments.
